Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all payments made for subscriptions to GymBook and related services via our website or through authorized channels.

1. Subscription Charges (Non-Refundable)

All subscription fees paid for GymBook and its add-on features are non-refundable once the payment has been processed. We recommend using our free trial or demo (if available) before subscribing.

2. Duplicate Payment

If you have been accidentally charged more than once for the same subscription, please contact us at support@gymbook.in with your payment details. We will investigate and process a refund for any duplicate charges after necessary verification.

Note:

• Refund processing completion may depend on third parties (banks, payment gateways, etc.).
• No partial refunds are issued for unused subscription periods.
• All requests must be made via your registered email or from the payment email.
